In this short sermon, we are going to look at the meaning of Philippians 3:10 which says: that I may know him and the fellowship of His sufferings.
But before we go into this sermon, let us outline the bible verse where we derive this short sermon.

That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.
(Philippians 3:10).
What is the meaning of that I may know Him and the fellowship of His sufferings?
From the above bible verse, we can get the understanding that the writer was trying to express his mindset on how he wished to know our Lord Jesus Christ.
And as we can see, his reference points to the passion our Lord Jesus went in order to redeem mankind.
Paul, the writer must have thought of knowing the Lord Jesus Christ so he can obtain all the good things of life from Him.
But he chose not to, rather he wants to share in the fellowship of His sufferings and death. And as we all know, Paul achieved the above aim.
Therefore, we as Christians should reflect on this and think about how we want to know the Lord Jesus Christ.
