Enter Through The Narrow Gate.

Enter Through The Narrow Gate.

In this short sermon, we are going to see what the bible says about the need for us to enter through the narrow gate.

But before we do so, let us outline the bible verse where we derived this sermon, which is Mathew 7:13-14.

Bible Verse.

Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. “Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Mathew 7:13-14.

What does it mean to enter through the narrow gate?

To enter through the narrow means that a Christian must always choose the difficult part to do or achieve anything in life.

Our bible verse above clearly explains everything about the wide and narrow road.

The wide and broad way actually seems so smooth and easy, but the scripture tells us that it is leading to destruction.

Whereas the narrow way which is full of thorns and difficulties will lead us to everlasting life.

We don’t have much to say concerning this than the fact that, our Lord Jesus Himself had already made an example when He passed through all the torments and agonies of life; but triumph in the end through resurrection.
