Did Jesus have an education?
According to the bible in John 7:15-16, we can discover that Jesus did not have an education.
In fact, when the Jews saw how Jesus was reading the Torah, they marveled between themselves and inquired about how He was able to read without having gone to school.
And the Jews marveled, saying, “How does this Man know letters, having never studied? Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His Who sent Me.
John 7:15-16.
Our Lord Jesus never attended any school but He was able to read and write.
And from the above scripture, he reveals to us that all His teachings came from God Who sent Him.
Now this means that Jesus was directly taught by the Father.
And having been taught by the Father, Jesus also became a teacher to His own disciples and followers.
Now what this means is that anyone who wants to understand the scriptures must learn from Christ.
And how does He teach us in this generation that He is not on earth?
To learn from Christ we must be ready to forsake our sinful ways.
Turn at My rebuke; surely I will pour out My Spirit on you; I will make My words known to you.
Proverbs 1:23
And He will make His words known to us by the means of the Holy Spirit He promised those who believe in Him.
